Select, initiate, and monitor effective recovery and restructuring measures within the framework of SERV's receivables management, including very complex cases.
Communicate with various stakeholders such as exporters, policyholders, guarantors, financial institutions, and debtors concerning the processing of claims.
Supervise the administrative aspects of debt recovery, including legal costs and cross-border recovery procedures.
Provide support during compensation procedures, debt collection for restructurings, and assist with internal and external reporting.
